These terms govern the use of PO Levels: the browser extension, the diary at polevels.com and its plans. By creating an account or using the extension you accept them.

1. Who offers PO Levels

PO Levels is offered by Onel Guilarte, full-stack developer and trader with more than 5 years of experience (Uruguay). Contact: support@polevels.com.

2. What it is and what it is not

  • A visual analysis and record-keeping tool: it draws levels and zones on the Pocket Option chart, writes down your trades, computes your statistics and applies the daily limits you choose.
  • It does not trade for you, does not press Buy or Sell, and does not manage your money.
  • It is not financial advice nor an investment recommendation. The alerts are experimental and guarantee no result.
  • It is not affiliated with, sponsored or approved by Pocket Option. “Pocket Option” is a trademark of its owner.

3. Who may use it

You must be over 18 and make sure that trading binary options is legal where you live. You are responsible for complying with your broker’s terms.

4. Your account

You sign in with your email and a one-time link. Keep your email secure: whoever controls it can enter your account. The account is personal; with Pro you can connect up to 2 of your browsers and disconnect them from “Your account”.

5. Plans, trial and payments

  • Free: no cost and no end date, with the features listed on the pricing page.
  • Pro trial: 3 days, no card, one per account and browser. When it ends you go back to Free without losing data.
  • Pro: monthly or yearly (renews automatically until you cancel) or lifetime (one payment). Payments are processed by Whop; we never see or keep your card details. Prices may include taxes depending on your country.
  • We may change prices with prior notice; a change does not affect a period already paid.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from “Your account” (Manage subscription) and keep Pro until the end of the paid period. See the refund policy.

7. Acceptable use

You may not resell or share your account, try to bypass the licence checks, copy or redistribute the extension, use it to automate trading, or use it in a way that harms the service or others. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. No warranty

PO Levels is provided “as is”. It works by reading the Pocket Option website, which may change at any time; if something stops working we will fix it as soon as we can, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Liability

Trading decisions are yours alone. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for PO Levels in the last 12 months.

10. Changes

If we change these terms we will tell you on the site or by email. Using PO Levels after the change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay, without prejudice to the rights your country’s law gives you as a consumer.
