This explains what data PO Levels uses, why, and the control you have over it.

Controller

What we keep

Your email, your language and your time zone (for your day, your targets and your lock).
The browsers you connect: a name such as “Chrome · Windows”, a random installation identifier and when they were used.
Your diary: for each trade you open and close on Pocket Option, the pair, direction, amount, payout, result, net, entry and close time, duration and its context on the chart (zone, trend, candle…). Also the results of the pattern alerts, your plan of the day (the rules you set and a copy of each day’s, taken with its first trade), when you lifted a lock, the state of the lock and the notes you write about each day.
Chart screenshots (if they are on, as they are by default): when each trade opens and closes, an image of the chart drawn by the extension itself from the pair’s candles, PO Levels’ levels and where you went in and out, compressed. It is not a screenshot of your screen: your balance, your account and the rest of the page are not in it. They are kept 7 days on the Free plan and 60 on Pro, and you can delete them one by one or turn them off in your diary.
Your plan: whether you have Pro, which kind and until when. Payments are processed by Whop: we never see your card.
Technical logs: the IP address of each request, temporarily, for security and usage limits.

What we do not keep

Not your Pocket Option password, nor your balance, nor your broker account number, nor your browsing history, nor market quotes, nor screenshots of your screen.

What we use it for

Providing the service: your diary, your statistics, “what it learns from you”, your limits and the lock.
Managing your account and your plan.
Sending the service’s emails: the sign-in link, the purchase confirmation and the end-of-trial notice. We do not send advertising.
Protecting the service against abuse.

The legal basis is our contract with you (providing the service) and our legitimate interest in keeping it secure.

Who it is shared with

Only with the providers we need to operate, who process it on our behalf: the server hosting, Cloudflare (network and security), Resend (email delivery) and Whop (payments). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Cookies

We use a single, necessary cookie to keep you signed in to the diary. The site’s analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) uses no cookies and does not identify you.

How long

As long as you keep the account, except the chart screenshots, which are deleted by themselves after 7 days (Free) or 60 (Pro). If you delete the account from “Your account”, your account, diary, notes, screenshots and connected browsers are deleted at once; backups roll over within 30 days.

Your rights

You can download your diary (Pro: CSV and JSON), correct your data, delete your account with everything in it, or ask us anything about your data at support@polevels.com. You can also complain to your country’s data protection authority.

Security

Everything travels encrypted (HTTPS). Sign-in links and browser tokens are stored only as fingerprints, and each account is isolated from the others.

Minors

PO Levels is for people over 18 only.

If this policy changes we will publish it here with its new date.
